Target Achievement Zone (TAZ) is the creation of ‘collection of minds’ to provide support and protection to the hidden talents who grope in the dark after completing their graduation. It’s creation is indeed for a noble cause to provide a basic platform to the mighty amazing talents so that they can readily appear in any competitive examinations specially in West Bengal Civil Service (WBCS). Most of the graduates face financial stringencies and as such cannot display and demonstrate their talents to the best of their abilities. They face financial hurdles which pegs them back and gradually hurt their skills which deprives them of a brighter future. 
We have given a very thoughtful consideration and pondered hard to provide stability to their future course of action. Most of the institutes who provide coaching for competitive examination charges exorbitant fees and are simply commercialized, as such the middle class or not so well to do students can hardly afford to pursue their successful career in the field of competition. 
We feel that our institution (TAZ) would become a happy hunting ground for future administrators who can confidently appear through our proper guidance and pave their path to success. We are trying our level best to create awareness amongst those graduates who are willing and raring to go to achieve their desired goals by dint of hard work. We firmly believe that sweat, blood and toil does not go wasted.
